CAMP CONNECTION

Christian camping has long been considered one of the most effective mediums for impacting lives and growing the church. For decades, clergy and lay ministers in all denominatons have realized that camping is unsurpassed for igniting faith, instilling character, and implanting ideals in individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Christian camping is also considered by many to be one of the best means for inspiring an individual into a life of service.

Today, resident camps, day camps, outdoor centers, and conference/retreat centers are constantly being used with great effectiveness for Christian outreach and mentorship. Millions of people ever year take part in traditional and unique programs all through the year; hundreds of thousands make a significant spiritual decision during a camping experience. The facilities and programs of Christian camps will have a prominent place on the landscape of ministry for years to come.

Camp Connection consist of 275 beautiful acres just south of Tuscumbia, Alabama. A master site plan has already been developed and includes five separate phases from primitive camping to dormitory and hotel-type lodging with adequate conference space and supporting facilities for Connection Singers. Camp Connection will be the only non-denominational retreat center in the area and the only facility of its magnitude with 175 miles.
